The UEA Pirates are always looking for more players no matter how big or small you are, whether you've played before or if you've never played any contact sport at all. The majority of people that join the team have never played American Football before their first training session.

As a well established team, the Pirates can provide full kit and a talented coaching team with training three times a week. Socials are held every Sunday night when we watch the NFL games in the Graduates Bar on campus. There are many other socials during the year, including pub crawls and joint socials with the UEA Angels Cheerleading squad.

With the squad of players usually exceeding forty members, joining the Pirates is a great way to socialise and make the most of your university experience by making friends for life while enjoying an exciting, fast paced contact sport.
